Our core competence is manufacturing. After all, it is crucial for our customers that the assemblies function perfectly. In order for us to adapt to the different needs of our customers, for any task in our production halls, we only use high-quality machines that correspond to the latest state of the art in circuit board technology.

In doing so, the data you provide forms our starting point. Based on this data, we then develop the production process. From small sensors to highly complex systems, we find the perfect solution for every requirement – regardless of the industry.

Before the actual production starts, we develop a prototype in compliance with the series processes. This approach allows us to identify errors and optimisation potentials at an early stage of the product life cycle, which has a positive effect on our customers’ costs of ownership.

We produce your assemblies based on the prototype and the findings of the test run. Thanks to our many years of experience and state-of-the-art technologies, we cover all aspects of electronics manufacturing: whether SMT or THT assembly, in our production we have the right process for printed circuit board assembly. Even for the highest quality requirements, we have the right solution for you with 3D solder paste inspections and 3D AOIs. The assembly of THT components too is performed at the highest level. For this purpose, we use two selective soldering systems with subsequent AOI testing.

Furthermore, our extensive range also includes the assembly of complete modules up to the production of ready-to-use devices that are ready for distribution. However, our remit does not end with the manufacturing process. We are only satisfied if we can deliver perfection to you. Therefore, working together with our customers and reliable system suppliers, we develop individual test procedures for in-circuit and functionality tests to prevent field failures. In addition, we can integrate the programming of the assemblies directly into the test itself and thus deliver a fully functional product to our customers.
