Fully automatic depaneling

Once the assembly process has been completed, the biggest challenge is to separate the assemblies from the panels in a dimensionally accurate manner. Since the depaneling is one of the last value-added processes, process stability becomes all the more important here. That is why we use the ASYS ADS01 F – one of the most modern, fully automatic depaneling machines available. In addition to the automatic rejection of bad parts, it convinces especially with its extremely low manufacturing tolerance – the individual blanks are separated with an accuracy of 0.1 mm! In this way, we prevent excessively high material residues and their associated costs.

Another advantage of the fully automatic depaneling machine is that, once the process has been completed, the products are also immediately ready for distribution: we create the packaging into which the products are automatically deposited according to your specifications and design requirements. By automatically extracting any milling dust during the depaneling process, we can guarantee that there are no residues left in the packaging.
