Laser marking

Information flows and seamless traceability form the basis of a high degree of automation and consistently high quality. With our laser marking systems, we apply a corresponding data matrix code to each printed circuit board or production panel. By linking the information to a database, we can pinpoint the production status of each individual assembly at any time.

Furthermore, by laser marking the printed circuit boards, we lay the foundations of traceability. That is why all printed circuit boards are first marked in-house, before they are introduced into the actual manufacturing process. Information about the components is then stored in a database and linked to the printed circuit board during the printed circuit board assembly process. This is the basis for ensuring complete transparency at the component level – and thus an elementary part of our quality policy.

But it is not just transparency during our manufacturing processes that is of fundamental importance to us. Our customers must also be able to track their products: whether it’s an item number, sequential serial number, data matrix or barcode you use to encrypt the desired information – we are happy to custom laser engrave the printed circuit boards to suit your requirements.
